OUR HEAD CHEF and his team daily serve the very freshest Skye ingredients in our fine dining candlelit restaurant.

Here on the Isle of Skye we have at our fingertips some of the finest produce in the world, comprising organic leaves, herbs and flowers from Glendale, countless game, shellfish, fruits and vegetables. We are focused on pushing the boundaries on produce and seasonality, local when it's at its peak.

We also forage for the likes of seaweeds, mussels, clams, herbs and flowers to be able to remain true to the natural flavour of Mother nature's gift; "To enhance, not to confuse".

We do draw our influence from around the world in techniques, but first and foremost it is about homeliness, comfort, flavour and pleasure.

Our passion for food is only surpassed by our passion for fine wines, of which you will find many in our extensive cellar.
